Unable to Purchase Gold

As of January 4th, 2016 I have been unable to purchase gold. I use an I phone 6 with latest software (9.2 I believe). After I made the purchase a message comes up saying unable to give gold due to servers please restart app. After restarting the app the gold was not credited to my account so I tried to purchase again. Then a message came up saying this in-app purchase has already been purchased and will be credited to your account for free but then nothing ever happened. I don't understand how Quark games can allow this to happen. I have been billed multiple times for trying to purchase gold and have not received any of it. This can turn into a very serious legal issue yet Quark games just chooses to ignore it and not even post an announcement. This is absolutely absurd and no business should be able to do this, they are staling money essentially!
