I got a new phone my old one was dieing and I went to transfer to new phone and now it like I'm a new player. I cant get to any of my old worlds. Can anyone help? War is thick in w48 I I feel I will be targeted quickly once news gets out.

You would need to complete the transfer process on the new phone.
On your NEW device (the device you want to transfer your account to),
-Go to the Settings menu in the Valor app
-Press the "Transfer Account" tab
-Enter the email address of the account you used to validate your OLD account
-Press the "Transfer" button
-Go to your email address and click the link that will transfer your old account to your new device.

My account transfer is not working, i have been trying to transfer my account but everytime i do so- the notice asks to try some other time because the team is busy updating valor. And this isnt the first time, its for lile the 10th time in 6 months.
What should i do?
